Hi, I'm Estella

I am passionate about collaborating with under served women to support them to improve their career trajectories, and providing an inclusive platform for women in leadership roles to gain the advice and inspiration they need to succeed.

My services are designed for women of colour ready to tackle imposter syndrome head-on and make way for the mindset shift that will light up a new path to success.

As the founder of a successful social enterprise, a podcast host, facilitator and executive leadership coach, I bring together a unique approach to coaching that pulls from an abundant career of going against the grain, a core understanding of building purposeful relationships and the knowledge that a focus on wellbeing can change everything.
